Cameron Madani brings more than 25 years of financial leadership and business development experience to real estate, and channels all of it into results for his clients.

As a finance executive and founder, Cameron raised over $8 million in capital, managed budgets exceeding $10 million, and negotiated complex, multi-million-dollar deals. Those skills map directly to real estate: P&L oversight and financial modeling let him spot value others miss, while a career structuring transactions makes him fluent in financing, deal structure, and negotiation. Decades of investor and board relations taught him to earn the trust of high-net-worth individuals and steward their capital with discipline.

Cameron transitioned into real estate in late 2025, uniting his passions for real property, finance, and working with investors. Having led teams across the U.S., Europe, and Latin America, he brings a global network that serves investors and international buyers — including those across Latin America.

Cameron holds an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine's Graziadio School of Business and a BA from UCLA, which allows him to help clients evaluate opportunities, structure transactions, and align every investment with their long-term goals.
