Real Estate Broker - Educator

Sheila Kay is a seasoned South Bay real estate professional specializing in commercial real estate across Northern California. Licensed since 1967, Sheila brings decades of market knowledge, negotiation experience, and client-focused service to every transaction. Her real estate background includes selling more than 50 homes throughout California and managing an active mortgage pipeline of 20+ loan deals during her career, giving her a strong understanding of both property sales and financing strategy.

Before real estate, Sheila built a strong career in education. She taught history and reading at De Anza College, as well as English and reading at the high school level. Her love for learning and teaching continues to shape the way she serves her clients — with patience, clarity, and a genuine desire to help people understand every step of the real estate process.

Sheila holds a Master’s degree in Latin American History and American Studies, completed graduate studies in Latin American Studies at UCLA, and also attended Cal State LA. She further expanded her expertise through specialized reading training at Pepperdine University. Her depth of experience, academic background, and long-standing commitment to helping people make smart real estate decisions make her a trusted resource for commercial clients throughout the South Bay and greater Northern California region.
