Cancellation of contract each side: $200

Getting disclosures package signed prior to submitting offer: $100 (will be waived if contract gets accepted)

Preparing the Listing agreement: $50

Listing Side:



  1.     Assist with opening Escrow, order Prelim, NHD report and HOA package if applicable. 
  2. Create disclosure package to send out to seller for signatures.
  3.     Start file on digital platform
  4.     Manage completion of all mandatory disclosures according to your office requirements.
  5.     Once in contract, enter all buyer’s info and oversees completion of all disclosures from both sides. 


Buying Side:



  1.     Ensure contract and counters are fully ratified.
  2.     Start file on digital platform.
  3.     Keep up to date on all contractual timelines.
  4.     Manage completion of all your mandatory disclosures according to your office requirements.
  5.     Use digital signature platform to collect necessary signatures from your side of transaction.
  6.     Review disclosures for competency and accuracy, upload all documents and handle broker’s request for completion or revisions.
  7.     Order home warranty if needed.
