Susanna Wong has been a California licensed Realtor® for 25+ years. She has consistently earned Top 1% awards from each company including Century 21, Windermere, Intero and Realty One. She has closed about 1,000 transactions, representing both buyers and sellers, and has received rave accolades from her clients.

She has tirelessly delivered to her business motto "Service Beyond Your Expectations" and this also has allowed her to generate all her business through client referrals. This is a true testament to her spectacular service. Susanna has developed keen insights into the residential real estates in Silicon Valley, across all cities. Susanna was born into a family of real estate developers in Macau which accounts for her deep roots and passion for real estate from an early age. After graduating from university in the United States, Susanna began her career at Stanford University as a manager in food service for 8 years.

Later she started, operated, and sold 3 restaurants in 5 years while pursuing her roots in real estate investments and business. She is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, in addition to English and has been able to effectively service all her clients.
