Meet Kara Cox

This knowledge has been gleaned not only as an agent, but from several decades of experience as a property manager, asset manager and landlord. This skillset covers urban, suburban and rural rentals, including both onsite and remote management, as well as long-term and short-term leases.

To further my expertise in investment modeling, I completed my Masters in Real Estate Finance at University of Cambridge in 2010. Previously, I obtained history degrees from McGill and Oxford.

A Bay Area native with a passion for land use policy and development, I can clearly articulate the pros and cons of most residential property in San Francisco, Berkeley and Oakland. These cities constitute one of the most dynamic and diverse economic centers in the world – all with an average of over 260 sunny days a year.
