• Create and deliver introduction email to seller
• Creation and delivery of the full disclosure package to the seller
• Open escrow with your choice of title company
• Order Natural Hazards Report with your choice of vendor
• Deliver full set of disclosures to be signed by seller via DocuSign or PDF if requested
• Complete full disclosure review
• Upload reports, inspections and disclosures online according to agents method of disclosure site
• Review purchase contract to ensure it is fully ratified with no missing initials or signatures
• Email fully ratified contract to escrow
• Send congratulatory email and timeline to your sellers
• Send team list & timeline to all key players
• Monitor contingency removal dates and send reminders
• Coordinate signing of any additional disclosures or documents added to the transaction
• Order home warranty per contract if required

Sale Services:

• Review contract for missing initials/signatures
• Send congratulatory email and timeline to the buyers
• Turn in sale and all documentation to brokers Scan/organize documents into online transaction program (Homebase, SkySlope, & Paperless Pipeline)
• Deliver fully ratified contract to the buyer’s lender of choice
• Send team list & timeline to all key players
• Coordinate signing of any additional disclosures or documents added to the transaction
• Order home warranty if required
• Pricing: TC fee is paid out of escrow at closing
