Barb Kuhns is a veteran real estate agent who has been working in Silicon Valley for over 40 years. Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Barb and her husband Gene moved to California in 1969 and settled in the Almaden Valley. In 1976, Barb earned her real estate license and began working with her husband Gene on his real estate team.

Over the years, Barb has helped multiple generations of families buy, sell, and invest in residential real estate. Barb has witnessed firsthand the transformation of the Santa Clara Valley into the Silicon Valley, giving her a detailed understanding of the local real estate market.
